NRC's Board of Directors

Northfield Retirement Community has been fortunate over its history to be blessed with volunteer leaders in service as board members to the organization. These members meet 10 times per year to discuss and to take action on the business needs of  NRC. 

The members also participate in various committees associated with the corporation including the standing committees of Long Range Planning, Finance, Human Resources, Church and Community Relations, Vision Committee and Executive Committee. 

Each committee meets at least quarterly and provides direction for the full board in their deliberations.  Board members represent their congregation and are considered the liaison and communication link with congregational members.
